A Flipsnack alternative for your creative portfolio.
Flipsnack or Portfolia for a creative portfolio? Start with how you make the work. Flipsnack combines publication design with business publishing tools; Portfolia starts with the finished PDF you already designed in your own software.

The difference that matters
Flipsnack includes a Design Studio, templates and business publishing workflows. Its Pro plan lists video, lead forms, statistics and Google Analytics, while Business adds custom domains and Zapier. Those tools suit an ongoing campaign or catalogue operation; a job application may need a much smaller workflow.
| What you need | Portfolia | Flipsnack |
|---|---|---|
| Design workflow | Upload a finished PDF; customise its presentation. | Upload PDFs or design from scratch in Design Studio. Source |
| Lead collection | Profile and website links; no built-in lead forms. | Lead forms and export are listed on Pro. Source |
| Analytics | Basic view statistics, without campaign heatmaps or GA4. | Full statistics and Google Analytics are listed on Pro. Source |
| Integrations | Share a link, QR code or website embed. | Business lists Zapier integration and custom domains. Source |
Flipsnack Lite is listed at $14/month with $168 billed annually. Pro and Business add different capabilities; an annual rate is not a month-to-month checkout price.
Which fits your next project?
Choose Flipsnack if several publications feed a marketing process or you want to design inside the publishing platform. Choose Portfolia for a prepared portfolio whose layout should stay yours. Export a representative PDF and compare page readability, phone navigation and the time it takes to share a working link.
Portfolia currently has no public discovery gallery, in-page video/audio player, lead forms, custom domains or team approval workflow. Its visit statistics are basic. A link to your store does not provide an integrated checkout.

Questions
- Can Portfolia replace Flipsnack’s design editor?
- No. Design the pages in your preferred application and upload the PDF to Portfolia. Its editor controls the viewer, lighting, backgrounds, notes, tabs and link icons rather than rebuilding your page layout.
- Can I import my existing Flipsnack web address?
- No. Upload your original PDF to create a new Portfolia link. Third-party addresses, viewer settings, interactive overlays and analytics are not automatically imported.
